Condimentalist
8/10 first half, 6 second. Overall solid enough.
ROTTERDAM1982
Usual game, gives the ball away in dangerous positions, not strong or quick enough in posession, passing tepid at best.Neither him or GG are good enough tbh, need to move the ball quicker, and better, and need more energy in midfield, not enough support from midfield for the strikers. Actually thought GG was slightly better than Westwood tbh.

You can not rate Westwood all you like, but this is just baffling.
ROTTERDAM1982
GG ges more tackles in, and has a shot in him.I'm struggling to think of anything good that Westwood done in the game tbh. But i think our views are irrelevant,i'd be amazed if he is in the 1st team by the end of the month.
StefanAVFC
I'll be amazed if he isn't. RDM clearly likes him and he's had a decent start to the season.
JAMAICAN-VILLAN
I genuinely am baffled sometimes at how much of a hard time Ashley gets, a VERY decent player. He is closer to Mr. "reliable" than anywhere near as dire as some people try to make out.
Popular Post rjw63
Gives the ball away, makes idiotic challenges, makes a couple of decent passes and **** all for the other 89 minutes.
poitier
I thought he played well, particularly first half. I would say he had more of an influence on the game than Hughes, who is so highly rated.
bobzy
Thought he was excellent first half (great challenge after about 2 mins set the tone for his half) and more tepid second half - then again, everyone was. Played a great ball in to McCormack (first half) but also dallied on the ball in the second giving Derby an opportunity from outside the box. Still our best central midfielder, though.

Agree with all that except the last line have high hopes that Jedi and Tish will both be better for us this year.

markavfc40
He did well enough tonight, and has had a decent start to the season, but I am not sure he has enough about him to be playing in a two. For most of the second half we were being over run in midfield. In a three he will be fine at this level and I would expect that in a number of games this season we will see us play a three. Having said that I do think once we see a real enforcer in midfield in Jedinak we will look a much stronger unit in the middle be it in a two or a three. Keyblade
I like that he's much more aggressive off the ball this season and really gets stuck in. Really improved that part of his game.
meregreen
Invisible player. Even at this level he barely makes any impact.
Villaphan04
i feel like the role he plays never really highlights when he has a superb game but when he has a bad game it is highlighted more than most
Bunnski
Class first half but not good second half, got pushed off the ball too easy. Stick jedinak in beside him and we'd be well set up in midfield

I'd like to think RDM will change it no we have more players in that position, but I won't hold my breath.
