ccfcman Posted October 26, 2022 Share Posted October 26, 2022 The irony of how narrow SG put out his team is that many of the players mentioned (Pino aside) are all through the spine of the team Pau Torres would be on another level. I just can't see it happening. If we raid Villareal (which will be incredibly expensive) then I'd imagine it'll only be one of Pino, Danjuma, Chukwueze, or Torres. They'll see the money bags coming a mile off. I'd like to see a deal done for Jonathan David but I think he's more likely to end up in a top 4 side/European CL contenders. I'm kind of excited about the players no one has mentioned, or that we even know about. We currently have a £20m player out on loan, under Gerrard we had our record signing playing 15 minutes per week.
