Our tactic seems to be give to Grealish and try and overload the left and if thats not available hoof to Wesley or try and get Elmo in a bit of space wide to whip a cross in. The players are too scared to take risks, in away games you need to take risks and show some confidence, all we seem to do is sit back, hoof repeat. Smith isn't adaptable enough as a manager, he has one style that he continues to persist with until it works. We were crap even when Mings and Mcginn were with us. Mcginn has been mediocre for a long time now and at most you can argue Mings shored up our defence more, but he didn't have that much of an effect on us getting constantly outplayed. Neither Lansbury nor Hourihane are even close to Premier League quality, Luiz is too slow and Grealish is unbelievably being forced to play wide when we desperately need him in the centre of the pitch in the #10 role.
