I would not be surprised if they are discussions of several replacements. I hate that we keep chopping and changing, but why can't we ever get a decent manager to just organise our team and implement some structure or balance. I've said this before and I'll say it again - the squad/club was (and still is to an extent) was in such a state when he came in that he would've had to have been an amazing manager to turn it around.
