Davkaus
Sterling at his worst has delivered more than Grealish ever has. You watch Grealish (for us), and it was clear there was more to him than could be conveyed by stats, but he'll never come close to Sterlings numbers, ad at at City he probably won't even have the impact on games that Sterling has had.
Popular Post villa4europe
Put stats away and just watch them both kick a football Within 5 minutes it'll be fairly obvious that grealish is the better footballer Sterling doesn't have half the footballing intelligence that Jack does, if he did then his stats would be even better

One played for Liverpool and Man City. The other played for a relegation contender/championship team. Scores and assists are misleading.

Popular Post KevinRichardsonsMoustache
He has always been (and will always be, I hope) good with fans. His attention to Villa mascots when he was captain was outstanding and genuinely heartwarming. His judgement in this regard is beyond question.

As a fan of football that's what you want to see, that's what inspires kids, that's what sell tickets. Such a waste of a once in a generation talent, last one with such a gift was Gazza, **** knows when the next one will come along. It was inevitable it would end up like that. You can't base your entire side on a maverick player when you are robotic winning machine funded by oil billions. Outside of Scotland Gazza won 1 trophy and played about 10 mins of that after 'that' challenge.

Better touch, better close control, better weight of pass, better passing range, better vision, better decision making Sterling has better anticipation, movement and speed Don't think either of them are particularly great finishers but sterling has great instincts in front of goal If sterling knew what he was he'd be properly world class but he doesn't, instead he drops deep and wants the ball feet, he wants to do the stuff that grealish, bernardo, foden et al are doing rather than playing off them, same with England, we play through sterling which is mind blowing because he's nowhere near good enough for that I seriously think sterling could be the best tap in merchant in world football if he wanted to be, he has all the assets for it But you can see who is a better footballer just by watching them take a ball in to feet, turn, run, play the ball... And it's not sterling

Top bloke. His sis has cerebral palsy so it's close to home for him. And I agree - he's a local lad who's made it to the top of world football. I know the sport is tribal and it sucks that Aston Villa aren't at the top which is the real reason Villa fans want to dislike him, but he's a good lad at heart and an incredible footballer.

As much as money has ruined many aspects of football, at least it is one way someone with working class roots can made a stinking load of money. That's why I don't resent the lads earning so much.
KMitch
I won't slate Jack for his antics off the field... Every one of us had nights getting blackout drunk and doing stupid stuff when we were his age, we just didn't have social media, smart phones, and the paparazzi sniffing around trying to catch us in the act. Also, when you have knobheads like Gabby and N'Zogbia being the senior figures around the club, it's hard to develop good professional habits as a young player. It's no coincidence Jack's consistency started after our locker room leadership changed with signings like Terry, Whelan, Jedinak, Elphick, and Taylor. He's a good kid who happens to have a lot of money and visibility.
