No villa/Jack bias but he hasn’t got the Formation/personnel on the pitch to break down a team set out to sit deep and defend. It’s atrocious. It’s pure stubbornness that keeps Jack on the bench at this stage, he’s the perfect man for the moment, but despite having to call him up, Southgate dare not bring him on in case he embarrasses him by proving how wrong his first squad was. How he's this 'beatiful player to watch' and that he can play out wide, central midfield or as a 10 and I just think to myself, what the **** is Southgate's problem?
