I don't think anyone has considered offering £25M for Fer unless I missed something, he's about to turn 30 so is over the crest of his peak physically and the chances of him signing for a top PL club are beyond remote. Slightly concerned about the rest of the season though, Fer could be great but I'm not the greatest fan of his long term, and we've not solved our problem positions. If we couldn't get our targets and we aren't settling for second best fair enough but I'm dreading seeing the usual suspects starting again in the next few weeks who aren't good enough. He wasn't comparing Grealish directly to Fer, he was using him as an analogy. I think you're the one failing to understand here. He's a good player.
