Jordan Ayew

Thought he was very poor today but I won't be making any judgments on that. Assume he wasn't fit and it was a needs must as Gestede wasn't fit enough to start either.

One thing he did right (unless I'm mistaken) but I seem to remember him playing a nice ball through for Gabby just after half time which he then inexplicably cut back rather than take the shot

I don't really rate Sinclair so I think Ayew would be best off moving to the left side of the attacking trio. I just have a feeling he would be better cutting inside onto his stronger foot, as he obviously has a decent shot on him.

He's not scared of making sure a 'foul' is made clear to the referee.

I like him, I suspect he won't be popular with fans of other teams.

I would like to see him play with his back to goal a little less.

I know what you mean. Similar to Suarez in that regard. Lets hope he emulates his scoring ability in a couple of years...

Not true briny. Everything I'm reading is people saying that while the start wasn't great they're going to give him time to settle. Seems pretty sensible and reasonable to me.
