They confirm the order, take the money, then on the day of delivery say "Oh sorry, it's out of stock, your money will be refunded in a week". Their website still shows it as in stock, so they can fool some other ill-prepared festival goers. **** amateur and I won't entertain the idea of shopping there again And these businesses wonder why Amazon eats their lunch so easily. I don’t use them often but do sometimes when they send me vouchers. You see something you like and it says delivery in 30-40 mins, great. Then after you hit submit it comes back with “order accepted, it’ll be delivered in 60-90 minutes “.
