Usually around 10% of people are asthmatic, its seems it's an advantage these days rather than a hindrance. Its not been suspicious for a while. Liverpool got to the Champions League final in 2018, then nearly all went to the World Cup then another title push and Champions League final. That summer was Copa America, African Nations and with no summer break they had an incredible run in the league until Covid with quite a small squad as well and playing the same breakneck style.
