Can’t imagine Graham Potter will go there. Possibly Lampard or Martinez though.

They sacked Martinez after he nearly brought them into a relegation battle. Im sure Liverpool battered them just before he was sacked

I totally forgot that he was their manager.

Blimey. Scrap that then.

They've also had ancelotti, allardyce and ronald koeman in the past 4 years, and everyone has been backed with big money and then sacked

They're a bit like us when we went down, or like Sunderland when they did.

There's clearly some deep rooted problem at the club. They have money, they've had decent managers, but it doesn't matter. Something else is wrong there

They've got a rich moron in charge who thinks you can just chuck money at football and be a success.

They've got no football people no infrastructure and the moron in charge doesn't help himself.

Who seemingly bought in to the belief that the stadium was the only thing between them and the big 6

They've fallen so far behind a lot of clubs, you look at Leicester with their stadium plans, scouting, training facility etc and they're blowing them out of the water, they've taken their eye of too many other non stadium things

They're really stale, it's already too late now let alone by the time the stadium opens

Brighton have won just two of their last fifteen games in the league. I think it will be more a case that Everton won't want Potter rather than the other way around.

And yet, somehow, they're still comfortably in the top half. Weird bloody season this, innit.

They had a net spend of 5.4 million (9.4 million spent on three incoming players) in 20/21 and they’re still above mid table. And they’ve not lost in 4. For comparison, Chelsea have 1 win in 6, and everyone jizzes over tuchel.

Brighton winning just two of the last fifteen in the league isn't wrong, it's correct, and that's pretty much typical of them with Potter as manager, they'll win a couple of games, people will proclaim what a great manager he is and what a great team they are, before they then go on another bad run of form, we saw it recently, they went eleven games without a win, and then as soon as they beat Brentford on Boxing Day, their first win since Septemer, there were people declaring them challengers for Europe.

Everton have been down the route of going for managers that have supposedly over achived at small clubs before with Koeman, Silva, and Martinez, Potter would be a similar kind of appointment.
