And if he isn't quite that good, why not have more good players around the place? Or shall we just keep the squad small. I mean, it's not like we're living in a world where a virus can take out half your team overnight is it? That's absolute rubbish that the only way to improve is to improve your starting 11. Absolute nonsense of the highest order. You build a good first team and then add quality squad depth. Football teams are not 11 players in size.
