Keyblade
He also had to get in one of his trade mark square crossfield balls across goal today, the madman. Love him. Hope Buendia and Bailey push him to reach another level.

KentVillan
He should be starting against Newcastle. He’s a frustratingly inconsistent player, no doubt, but he makes things happen when he gets the ball.
thunderball
Looked quality today, with more game time with a more settled midfield he can be a big player. Didn’t shirk defensive duties either today, he looked as likely a source of goal or assist as anyone.
Popular Post Delphinho123
I’ll get a massive ‘I told you so’ from @Kiwivillan but I thought he was excellent when he came on today. 4 1
ozvillafan Posted August 15, 2021 VT Supporter Share Posted August 15, 2021 There was a certain player in our recent past that got you excited every time he had the ball. We don't have that 1 player anymore..... ... we have 2: Traore and Bailey. When they were on the ball you could smell the fear in the defenders, as they had no idea what was coming next. They looked dangerous. I'm also quietly confident we'll end up with 3 of them with Buendia joining the group.

Hopefully Buendia can figure out playing in the middle because Bailey, Buendia, and Bertrand will be absolutely deadly behind either Watkins or Ings. I even have a nickname for them. The Triple B's . Not the Be Sharps? We might need a 4th B though.

But yeah, hopefully Buendia steps up. As of yesterday I realised that Traore is my current favourite player. He was great when he came on and he was often pretty great last season too. Grealishtwat was so entertaining to watch, but Traore really was too last season. Hopefully we have another in Bailey. Sadly, he was overshadowed by our former captain in such a way he didn't get the credit he deserved.
BleedClaretAndBlue
Traore is so much fun to watch. Back to back games peno’s won. Plenty of trickery between him and LB. We should win plenty more this season
Sulberto21
Evidently he was carrying an injury last season. Yesterday we saw some of his real ability. Once he's fully fit Buendia is going to have a fight on his hands to be the first choice RW/RF.
Farlz
Apparently injured in that friendly against Liverpool on Sunday. Extremely annoying if it’s true.

Yes I’ve just read this. Out for four weeks after getting injured in a friendly against Liverpool day after Watford. Didn’t even know we played it. What was the score? mikeyjavfc Posted August 16, 2021 VT Supporter Share Posted August 16, 2021 Doesn’t say much for our preparation and conditioning for Watford if we are still having preseason games after the first game of the season…Also if Traore is injured that’s a damn shame. WallisFrizz
Just had a quick look on Twitter, from what I can see Wesley, Hourihane and Steer featured, possibly J Ramsey. They played Henderson and Thiago silva, no surprise we lost really.
