Benteke wasn't going to be first, Kozak was alot further ahead than CB in the states however he suffered a setback in training but as you say he's not far behind. Must've been a severe break With a clean break a la djibril cisse you can do a lot of muscular/tendon damage too, I don't know if this was the case with Kozak but can be the difference between 2 months out and a full year.
