I went back to the supermarket where the cash machine was and very hopefully enquired as to whether anyone had handed the money in. "Oh, was that on Friday?" the customer services man said "YES!" I said. He remembered the day, so someone must have handed it in. "Yeah, a woman came in to say she'd seen you leave the money, and saw someone else come up and take the money and walk off" "oh... thanks?" Even if you disliked it, by "liking" it then un-likeing it the result is a neutral outcome, rather than an indication of dislike. So the dilemma wouldn't be resolved. A few drinks last night turned into far too many, I just woke up feeling like my brain is a dog stuffed inside a Chinese takeaway box and I don't even have a bottle of water.
