Positives are we didn't lose and seen improved performances from Watkins and Konsa who are still well off their best though. Iroegbunam looked very comfortable at this level again. Hopefully we see more of him between now and the end of the season. Young reliable again too.

Negatives were that we were a bit too negative in our style of play and time wasting. Bailey is still not sharp, Coutinho could not get into the game at all.

Big Tim could potentially save us millions in DM fees. Looked tidy today.

Rubbing salt in the Olbiyun wounds, hahahahaahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Terrible to be honest and yet a decent point and a clean sheet. I just don’t see what Gerrard is trying to do. How Buendia has been dropped is beyond me. He HAS to start. He is tenacious and has real quality. Baffled why he hasn’t been playing. Even in his cameos he has done bough to start. Tim looks very promising. Bailey, McGinn and Konsa absolutely awful. Watkins not good enough but put a real shift in to be fair.

Why Buendia isn’t starting I’ll never know.

Crap game but I’d have taken a draw like most would have so can’t complain too much.

Really starting to have my doubts about Gerarrad now though

You know what, that wasn't " great ".

Much better second half performance, and it halts a run of losses, so that's surely a positive?

Even Leon started looking a little better in the second half.

Emi made a difference.

I REALLY like the look of Iroegbunam. Has presence, is calm, doesn't look overawed at all. Can pass to Aston Villa players. lol

I'd genuinely consider starting Tim over one of the others next match.

I miss the heady heights of being labelled as " draw specialists "

Basically my thoughts to the letter, bang on

A point!

In reality it's good to stop losing and a point closer to safety.

Buendia MotM did more in 10 minutes than the rest of the attackers combined.

In that form Coutinho is welcome to go to Newcastle, in fact I'll drive him there myse.. actually it's a long way. He can get the train.

Buendia did more in the 10 or so minutes he had than I saw Coutinho do before yet will still start. Konza looked shaky again and Bailey wasn't really involved.

What has Gerrard done? He put us in a good place and then appears to have torn all that down. Not sure he is the man for me.

Decent point and a clean sheet. We had the better chances and there was Fofana's blatant hand ball and the foul on Mings which wasn't event checked I think. with better Refereeing we could have had a couple of Penalties and a Red card for them. Iroegunam bullied them when he came on. he's due more minutes and I'd like to see Chrisene get a few too before the end of the season. Ashley Young and Luiz MOTM for me. Hopefully we can turn some of the losses into battling draws like this next season. Buendia must start.

Decent point from that hole, we were as good as they were and thought Ollie had a good game up top where he was a constant threat.

On the downside or upside, depending on your perspective, Coutinho proved he isn't worth wasting big money on and Bailey should be the first out the door this Summer ..... two anonymous players who contributed nothing today.

Its not pretty but its a decent result.

I keep hoping to see more for me to cling to in regards giving him more time.

He gets most of next season for me. If there's been little improvement this time next year then I might start calling for his head.

Good result, both teams were lacking and the ref was weak. Coutinho was quite , he doesn't impose himself on games like Beundia does , quality on the ball but I don't think he offers enough . My motm was Young.

Biggin up the clean sheet  Leicester are a awful side lately, couldn't even bear Everton.

I know we go on about it but if Gerrard would just make that earlier change instead of watching a stale game we might have a little more if a chance.
