England beat Ukraine every day of the way in a qualifier but alas, this is a QF of tournament football. Games coming thick and fast. Real chance here for England to utilise there squad. Surely Ukraine must be stuck to the ground now and you have guys like Sancho who could turn them inside out, fresh as a daisy.

Actually Ukraine picked up some decent results v England in qualifiers, two draws in 2014 qualificaiton and beat England 1-0 in 2009 (Rob Green was sent off after about 20 minutes). Also drew 1-1 away to France in March.

That said think England will win this about 3-0.

Ukraine got some nice techincal players but feels like they'll get into the final third a bit and then moves will fizzle out and England will strike on the counter attack. Ukraine were also bad defending v Holland from crosses and tonight Sweden should've scored more than once.

Looks like they've also lost some players to injury, Yarmolenko and the guy who got done for the red card.

Forsberg-Isak-Kulvevski would've been harder for England defence to handle even if rest of Swedish team is pretty average.

See, watch that again.  He drove forwards with the ball.  Sakko was out unmarked to the right of him to be slipped in.  Instead he took the ball on himself and ran into 3 defenders.  He was extremely lucky that it ricochet off the defender straight to Kane who had a poor first touch.

So essentially he **** it up again by being too greedy.  As he does again and again and again.

Without the ricochet which could have gone anywhere he would have been getting pearlers for not making a simple pass to Sakko.

Yes he doesn't release the ball at the right time like Grealish but it was him that created the first goal with his run and pass to Kane and he continued his run and got on the end of the cross from shaw. Find it hard to understand why people are so critical of him. He had a good game today and scored a goal.

I think Ukraine a tougher game than Sweden, Sweden rolls over for them. At least Ukraine s bit of a challenge with 8 defenders

Think he might switch back to back 4 for this one and Grealish might start. England will win regardless.

Well England should win easily, with Southgate not so sure

The 2012 game Ukraine scored but no goal line technology
