DCL great in the air, wouldn’t it have made more sense to throw him on instead of Rashford?

Edit: or as well as (sacrifice one of the back 6)

Of course it would

Kane appalling, Sterling crap, highlight of Rice's game was falling over in the box and not managing to bundle the ball in... All a bit shit.

What has happened to Kane. the first two matches he has barely had a kick.

Players ignored Jack who was stuck out on the left, he should have replaced mount who was useless

To be fair, he should have replaced Sterling who was actively counterproductive.

Very poor. Czechs are better than Scotland. Jack was stood in yards of space with his arms out for ages. He must start the next one, Kane needs dropping. Foden should have stayed on and we should have swapped rice for grealish. We re wasting a lot of talent.

I watched Rice start in the centre left of the pitch and rather than pass it to Jack he ran further to pass it to Sterling who then returned it to him. It's so so bizarre.

Phillips has got to start as 6 on his own. Mount as an 8 with Bellingham. Jack and Foden out wide and Kane has got to stay up front as in stay in position and not think he's Messi as a false 9.

Mings was the boss today.

Incapable of releasing the ball. Just running down cul de sacs

Sterling wasn't great, but a number of other players were just as poor. What was Phillips or Mount doing? Rashford did nothing but give the ball away when he came on. Jack looked like he could make.some happen but had to hug the left touchline and never get the ball in any space on the rare occasion it came his way. Luke Shaw was crap. Kane was dropping deep and passing back to his centre backs. Too many average performances to mention.

To be fair to Sterling, every time he got the ball, people just stopped and watched him, just like Jack.

Ultimately, the team is massively underperforming, the forward 5 look like strangers, and only one man is to blame

Every single English player on show tonight is worth more than the collective value of the whole Scottish squad. But you can’t buy attitude and you can’t buy a pair of bollocks.

That’s why it’s been 50yrs since we won anything, and that’s why we’ll probably go another 50yrs without winning anything.

Pathetic

Watching England reminds me so much of watching Villa under Bruce, a lot of good players but their is a reliance on those individual players to do something by themselves, as there's no game plan, pattern to the play, or identity in terms of style of play whatsoever.

I just wish Jack would have pulled the trigger from outside the box once or twice when there wasn’t a pass on. He can hit a ball

To be fair to Scotland, they got so many men behind the ball it must have been impossible to shoot from range.
