For me we have a lot of players who seem to lack that sheer grit & determination to get on the end of things, the type a John Terry would have for example. This is why the likes of Mings never score from set pieces, they are just going through the motions rather then "owning the moment" when the ball comes over making it far too easy to defend against. Not sure if its as much bad heading from them mind as much as poor delivery! And oh my gosh yes, throw in's. Just a few more people showing for it would be an improvement. However if anyone think we're all of a sudden going to start scoring a shit ton of goals think again, if we end up only scoring 3 or 4 a season extra that to me is extra goals we wouldn't of had in other seasons.
