Probably looking at the world talent pool also for all V Sport teams integration in terms of youth purchases and youth development., although im sure Monchi will have a say in that also. blimey, thats a job and a half. Currently, under the V Sports umbrella are Villa, Vitoria (Portugal), Zed FC (Egypt), im sure more clubs will be added in the future. Its kind of like a global brand, but also a global scouting, recruitment and training structure, where all the clubs work together to try and reach both their individual, and group potential.
