  1. The past few weeks. They've lost at home to Atalanta and Palace.
  2. That's the spirit. So, what happens if we beat Chelsea and Brighton (entirely possible), and Liverpool lose to West Ham (also entirely possible), we'll only be two points behind them and they now need to beat Spurs or at least get a draw to be 3 points ahead with two games left and us still to play. Believe.

    Liverpool

We could if we win the rest of our games. It's not impossible that Liverpool don't get another win, they've completely fell apart the last few weeks and Klopp looks like he's just given up. They'll drop down a peg or two now, they don't have the quality to compete with City and Arsenal and FSG won't spend big, it was Klopp that had them up there. They'll drop down to fighting for a CL spot with us and Spurs, and probably United and Newcastle.

    Liverpool

Big rebuild needed, Nunez an £80m flop; Salah finished, probably Saudi bound; midfield non-existent apart from Mac Allister; VVD declining. Slot, if it is him next season, has a massive job on his hands. Is Trent going to stick about for the rebuild? Weren't Madrid interested in him? Can see him going if an offer comes in. We'll finish above them next season.
  5. Wait to the Saudi’s get their hooks into something like this. Manchester derby in Riyadh anyone?

    Liverpool

Slot apparently has a similar tactical approach to Klopp, so should in theory be more suited to their squad rather than a bigger name like Tuchel, that would rip the whole team up to implement his system. There aren't that many elite managers about these days, so more and more teams are taking risks (like Arsenal with Arteta, or Spurs with Ange) to find someone. Look at Chelsea and the state that they are in despite hiring big name Poch. On the other hand, it could also back fire like Ten Hag at United.

    Chelsea

Chelsea supposedly wanting Amroim if Poch goes in summer. It would be a typical Chelsea thing to do, sack Poch with huge compensation and then pay Sporting huge compensation for his replacement
  8. Did the people interviewing him make him aware that "it means more" at Liverpool?

    Chelsea

There is a high chance if we beat them convincingly, that Poch will get the sack. Would be kind of ironic, that the club he supposedly turned down got him the chop.
  10. Another player that has similar stats to Pau is Mario Hermoso from Atletico who we've been linked with on a free transfer and is also left footed.
  11. Chelsea will looking the win, they are still in the chase for Europa Conference with Man United

    Unai Emery

The timing of the contract announcement is no coincidence, with Liverpool, United, Bayern, Barca and possibly Milan and Juve all looking for managers this summer.
  13. Arne Slot favourite for the Liverpool job now. I really thought they'd be aiming a bit higher than an inexperienced Portuguese manager and a Dutch league manager. Their crash next season will be glorious

    Unai Emery

This past season and half feels like a sliding doors moment. We're actually doing it aren't we? We're going to gate crash the "big 6".

    Unai Emery

Excellent news, puts the silly rumours to bed. He's the most important part of the club, i'd rather lose Watkins, Emi and Luiz at the same time than Unai.
  16. Champions League. We'll have other opportunities to play the Europa, we might not finish in CL spot every year.
  17. Think Moyes is a goner, Spam are looking at Amorim, but could see him at any of those clubs though. And agree regarding both full backs, as good as Digne has been I think LB and RB will be upgraded in summer.
  18. Cash's stock should be relatively high after us having two good seasons. Should find a buyer for him if we are looking to sell.

    Unai Emery

Emery is going nowhere, not anytime soon anyway. Rangnick is now favorite for the Bayern job, I suspect he'll be a stop gap for a year our two and then try for Alonso again or maybe Klopp after he's had a break.
