17/18 Promotion Charge

We are no better off than last season tbf. On paper we look like play off candidates, but we are so far off being able to mount a serious challenge. I worry about us and honestly think we could end up in an even darker place. Unless something drastic happens then it's mid table again. Too much is still wrong.

If Hutton is your first choice right back and Gabby is your first choice left winger, you have zero chance of promotion.

The squad is hugely unbalanced. Unless we sign 2 decent attacking midfielders, we'll finish 12th.

What the hell are you talking about?! We're incredibly balanced... we're sh*t on the left side AND the right side!

And possibly most of the middle too...

So tired of being called negative just for being a realist and stating what's staring us in the face. Maybe now the penny is dropping. Just because some of us dont believe in the absurd idea that we have the best squad in the league and we are going to get promoted, it doesnt mean we support the team any less.We aren't even close to being a top 6 side. Miles away.

And as for talk of top 2. Well.....

For me, it's going to be another season of rebuilding. A midtable finish beckons but we can at least try to implement the right staff to give us a real chance next year. There is so much wrong with this club that I think it will take another year at least to turn it around.

Two wins on the bounce will set us up nicely for Bristol city away.  We will win tomorrow and we will then go on to beat Norwich. Might not be pretty, but we will win. Bruce will be spared for the time being. Still not sure about the play offs, it's way too early.

Wolves getting in Nuno is a massive coup for them and almost guarantees we will finish behind them. We continue to fall behind in all aspects. Don't expect automatic promotion, you will be disappointed.

Up to the dizzy heights of 16th! Boro and wolves both lost its wide open despite Cardiff and Ipswich leading the way (they don't last)

also Chris wood leaving for Burnley which is a disaster for Leeds. They will struggle if he leaves

We might sneak the playoffs, no chance this side is going up automatically, utterly atrocious at the back.

Unless we score more than the opposition. Remember we still have jedinak to come back and that will make us more solid at the back. If Bruce stops playing Hutton also that would be an additional bonus
