markavfc40
For his age he looks to be quite a unit and he really put himself about and showed a good first touch at times and did well in holding the ball up and laying it off. I was really impressed and hopefully he will get a few chances next season or go out on loan to get some regular first team games under his belt.
terrytini
Looked understandably nervous at first but showed enough to suggest he could be a more useful bet up top with either Kodja or Hogan by offering something to hit and play off. Always hard to say early doors but looked like he'd be a handful with confidence.

KSV
I was very impressed. For his size.. he has a great touch and some real speed. Big potential. Seems to be a hard worker too.
Demitri_C
Very well done lad. Chance at the end ran a lil bit out of energy but great first chance.
hippo
Certainly should play a part next season. Looks like he can hold the ball up and bring others into the game. Difficult to judge his goal scoring ability yet
AJ
I would really like to see much more of this guy next season.
Gillz
Another very good performance. Held up the ball well, took on players and looked good in the air. Obviously against poor opponents, but promising signs nonetheless.
bobzy
I actually thought he was poor in the final third - but plenty of time for the lad and it's nice that he appears to have a chance this coming season.
Nigel Posted July 13, 2017 VT Supporter Share Posted July 13, 2017 Love the way he'd rather die than lose the ball. He should be sent out on loan though. Realistically he will only be a bit part this season as things stand. We really handicap our kids development keeping them round as squad numbers. Nigel Posted July 23, 2017 VT Supporter Share Posted July 23, 2017 Big chance for the lad here with McCormack being left at home. Hope Bruce gives him a chance!

Yes to both of those points - it looks as though Green has established himself in the team and that can only spur on the other youngsters to try and get a place themselves. Would be good to have more academy products in the first XI.

bobzy
This kid knows how to play as a lone striker. Brilliant performance thus far.
villan-scott Posted August 19, 2017 VT Supporter Share Posted August 19, 2017 A great 45 minutes from the lad there. It'd be nice for him to grab a goal. So unlucky hitting the bar with that effort.
bannedfromHandV
Christ, Bruce might have stumbled on to something here, he looks unplayable!! Just needs a goal now for confidence but that was a heck of a performance first half
Reivax_Villa
He convinced me against Brighton last season. He is a Championship level striker already. Let's hope we see more of him this season. He could be a player for us.
AshVilla
He's certainly been chugging on the orange soda.
