He's a figurehead of our new defence (even if he ends up at RB) in that all of them defend on the front foot and look to intercept the ball and start an attack immediately. Still not sure with Richards always using physical strength to get infront and beat a man or win a free kick, people like Alexis and Aguero will just fly away from him so in games like that positional nous will be more required than brawn.
