Jury is still out on the £8m Amavi as well but I won't go in on him too much having played less than 20 competitive full matches for us. Well he came on around 75th minute last night so must be. They could of easily scored a couple in that time though.... a free header and that shot that fizzed right across goal, he was nowhere to be seen. Excellent win, convincing no. After conceeding 2 pens in 2 games it isnt working out. Surely Amavi wont be responsible for more than 1 goal a game? ....also he wont look like a someone has thrown him a live grenade when he gets the ball in the final 3rd!
