Boardwalk empire created a problem for itself, the new York gangsters and Al capone were about to become far more interesting than everyone else

Its shame they didn't keep it going and show them form the Mafia properly but in terms of nucky it was done

I stopped after season 2 as thought it was a great ending with no need to progress it further.

really enjoyed the series so maybe if I get time I’ll revisit it.

So for me the greats are GOT, Sopranos, the wire and just about Breaking bad.

Is there anything at the level of these shows i may not have seen? I hear Mad Men and the west wing could be up there?

The first series of The Terror was up there for me.

Blasted through season 2 of Manhunt. This one about the 96 Atlanta Olympic bomber.

Totally missed when this came out earlier in the year. It's an interesting story and a lot of it I didn't know or didn't remember.

Solid enough 10 episodes series worth a watch. 7/10.

Manhunt Poster

What platform is this on? Couldn’t find it on Netflix

It's on Starzplay over here.  I'm not entirely sure what that is, when I had Amazon prime for a bit you could access it through there but had to pay extra.  Mr Mercedes was on it too.

Wasn’t a fan of homeland. Couldn’t get past the first season.

I’ll check out The Americas. Thanks.

The Americans is top drawer entertainment, up there with the very, very  best

Haunting of Hill House. 10 episode mini series. Coming out this year? with a new stand alone series Haunting of Bly Manor.

The first half was good. The ending was utter balls.

Anyone watched any of Ted Lasso yet? It’s a really shit concept, over the top acted but I have genuinely laughed out loud at least a couple of times each episode so far

Yep and pretty much the same thoughts as you.

I'm quite enjoying it. :)

I binged City on a Hill within two days. Kevin Bacon as the beleaguered, corrupt FBI veteran was worth the entrance fee alone. Jonathan Tucker, who plays an armed robber really impresses yet again.

I'm hearing Showtime have given the go ahead for a second season, can't wait.

Banshee is so shit. But I have to agree with VT, it's very entertaining!

The OH and I have two favourite games while we watch it.

1. Spot the person Hood is going to have a fight with this week (and ultimately get battered but come back at the last minute and win the fight)

2. How many minutes will pass before we see a fully exposed breast (this has been less than one minute on a number of occasions)

I might give this a go. Sounds decent.
