You know, Villa have won every game I've ever been to, if anyone wants to give up a ticket, for the greater good?

Poor performance and game overall that the ref somehow made himself the story of. Wasn't a dirty game but you'd think otherwise looking at how the cards were handed out, utterly bizarre stuff.

Need much better at the weekend and next week.

if we don’t beat Spurs on Sunday after the players all took the evening off then we have no excuses 

tie isn’t over even if we are now at home second leg  , Chelsea , Manure and Newcastle have shown the way to beat us at VP lately

Excellent result following a decent performance, well played Villa.

A confusing performance. We were poor, and I'd have excused it on us being in second gear, but then we subbed on the likes of Bailey and McGinn, and we weren't much better. a 0-0 to take back to VP is a decent result, but we really didn't turn up. Worst of both worlds really, we didn't get the result, and we didn't really give people the night off.

The ref made me look like a proper word removed,

Ref was truly awful.

Our game plan was good, but a few of our players were too casual on the ball.

I’m not sure Iroegbunam is ready for this kind of game.

Good thing is we’re through relatively unscathed, to try and win the tie at VP, assuming Pau sub was just cautionary.
