robby b Posted April 4, 2023 Share Posted April 4, 2023 (edited) We got into big trouble that day at VP v Leicester with our playing out from the back (from short goal kicks). But we've still been playing it out from the back since that game only doing it better thank goodness, from plenty of practice in training I guess. I don't see Emery abandoning this way of playing as it's an integral part of his tactics philosophy, to keep possession more, and he said so in a recent interview.
