Man for man this is a pretty even game, but Newcastle look perfectly balanced and relaxed - I think the change in Almiron from a bit part player to a star is probably the biggest demonstration of that - that change has happened in his own head and it's been caused by the change around him - that takes time and it takes good management. Newcastle have done a really good job of grabbing the optimism of the billions and binding it to organisation and hard work to create this wave of confidence - make no mistake, they're going into every game expecting to win right now - they shouldn't be, the players they have are good, but they aren't that good - but they've built a really impressive mentality and they're getting the very best out of what they have. It's a very solid base to their ambitions.
