Farlz
Newcastle have completely left us in the dust. We're miles behind them, what a complete and utter **** up this past year has been.

I think in the 10 minutes he has been on the pitch, Emery now knows he is a mere shadow of the great footballer he once was. Very sad.

Hard to believe it, but if they can turn that shitshow around, so can we. Yeah, I'll bet their sites were full of comments about the players not been good enough 12 months ago.

Herman22
You have to be honest and say all attacking players have been nothing short of terrible today. Ings, Watkins and Bailey never turned up. Couthino doesn’t look interested!
bose
Villa talk needs a tranquilliser for the next week. There is no need for a full clearout, some players are not good enough but let’s see what Emery does.
UpTheVilla26
I'm just glad Emery is in Tuesday. We need to forget today, the last 11 months and see what a proper manager can do at this club.

Let's see how the Emery appointment plays out before we give up though. I don’t think the Emery appointment is anything to do with the bloke who appointed the last manager. Saying he's one of our better players today is a bit meaningless don't you think? Truly hope the new manager uses a better barometer with which to judge our players than "Well at least he's not as shit at what he does as Ollie Watkins, let's not look to improve that position then."
