Paolo Sousa might fit our players, we shouldn't be after another defensive minded coach though. Dean Smith is a good shout. I wish Sid wanted it I think he'd be great if he could get his head round how to work with young dickhead multi millionaires. 

I just hope the board looked at it over the summer and have had an eye on what to do if they needed to pull the trigger. We need to move fast if we get rid of Bruce, IMO we shoudl get rid of Bruce immediately.

We need to face up to the idea that whoever comes in doesn't have a squad that's good enough for promotion - we're a 6th-10th squad - we need someone extraordinary to revamp this club.
