Pardew for some reason gets results whenever he gets a new role then after few years fails. Wr need him to get us up then we can afford to get rid. Pardew plays good football too.

Pardew does great for the first season, then the ego kicks in. Well either that or he does a George Burley and ends up shagging the players wives.

But what was his palace record at the start? It was very good. As was his Newcastle and West Ham jobs
