Although I get your point, need to shift some on. Recalling Steer makes perfect sense. It’s a shame for him that he is coming in as an understudy for our new No. 1 (other than for a game or so) but ultimately he is our player, we pay his wages and we need him. He should have been our number 1 up to this point. I hope he can stay professional and challenge for that number 1 spot. I bet he’s gutted though. After the Hull game he must have got worried by Steer looking quite adequate. Could have foiled his master plan so soon got him out on loan.
