Brumstopdogs
Interesting that Moyes wanted to bring N'zgobia to Everton. I'm sure he would have got the best out of him and if we persist we can still to! I'm a believer!
8pints
He could do with having some better or at least more competition for his place. Then if he has the desire to, he'll improve and we'll have a player performing well or he'll be dropped and/or sold and there'll be a more effective player in there. TheSufferingVilla
How **** hard is it for a winger to run down the wing and swing a cross into the box? N'Zogbia just doesn't seem capable. Every time he gets the ball he turns into the opposition instead of running away from them. I don't mind a winger cutting inside looking for the occasional shot but in order to catch the defenders off guard you have to go down the bloody line a couple of times. Instead they just stand there waiting for him to come inside and throw away possession.

I'd give him a go up front, see how he gets on.

VillaAlex
Don't think I've disliked one of our as much as N'Zogbia.
PaulTheVillan
Don't think I've disliked one of our as much as N'Zogbia. I hated Collins & Heskey with a passion. I really can't stand looking at CNZ in a Villa shirt. I want him gone (and replaced).
AshVilla
Im starting to realise with each passing game why Kinnear called him Charles Insomnia
VillaGoMarching
Genuinely not sure what we can do with the lad, for a start, i'd put him on the RW/RM he clearly never has the intention of crossing the ball, so we may aswell setup to allow him to cut in a take shots at goal. villaglint
Seriously bad performance on Sat but he wasn't alone. For a player who is supposed to be skilful his general technique is woeful My biggest surprise is how many of our players seem to struggle to control the ball - our inability to do really basic things on a football pitch is pretty scary. Part of me expecting it to be a really tight game against Tranmere
AVFCforever1991
We need to rename this Charles insomnia.
AValon
If he actually turned a few of his selfish, weaving runs into goals you would'nt mind. He just runs out of space and ideas, loses the ball and everyone else is left hanging. Definitely losing patience with the lad.
AndyM3000
To be honest when he made a decent run towards goal on Sat nobody was in space for a cross, all 3 players were stood in a line at the back post.
ChristchurchVillan
Could be the marauding left back we are after. He played there quite a bit when he was at Newcastle, cant be any worse than what we got atm

AvfcTheObsession
Awful again tonight in the brief time he was on the pitch. It's time to cut our losses folks.
lapal_fan
He was awful when he came on against Tranmere, but for the last 5mins he actually looked ok. Just not cutting the mustard at the minute is he? I hope he comes good, but it's looking like time's running out.
NurembergVillan Posted August 28, 2012 Moderator Share Posted August 28, 2012 Haven't Wigan got £9m and a winger shaped hole in their pocket at the moment?
