It really does help having that extra bit in defense (i.e. Bertrand) to allow the midfielders to do their jobs a bit better further up the pitch. Good job I didn't. Would have been a great goal. He has so much talent, just needs to relax a little more and read the game a little bit better. He needs to play a bit higher up the pitch, but feel we need the right player to come in to allow him to do it. He's gone off the boil the last few weeks, but put in the sort of performance he had been all season yesterday. Unlucky with that right footed effort too in the second half. IMO Delph has been pretty consistent this season, he just needs to learn to be calm in the final third of the pitch.
