You high mate? There have been a dozen worse than this.

A slip for their first and a slip for their second.

Wolves' best player has been soil.

That soil guy is underrated af

don't see how this type of performance is unexpected when Gerrard picked an extremely unbalance midfield without someone who is okay sitting back. Also loaning Targett out seems like quite the masterstroke now

you'd rather we kept a player that wanted out?

Yes. Undoubtedly. We were desperate for competition at Left back. He was our player of the year last season. I absolutely would've preferred we kept him even though he wanted out for 6 months than constantly need to be putting 35 year old winger Ashley Young it at Left Back instead.

Also, parts of the fan base have slated Targett for being a bottle job for 2 years and suddenly he was going to go toe-to-toe with Gerrard and Purslow and kick off so much he would ruin the team morale and refuse to train and play?

Nah. Not having it. Should've been kept.

This is embarrassing, 330 million spent! The owners must be happy

Now do wolves...

It won't be too far off, this £300m spent in the context of the league is not more than everyone else and definitely not in the context of our promotion team

They need to spend more, a lot more

90% controlled composed football with absolutely no end product at all.

10% utter shambles that can't defend anyone running at us.

That's a recipe for disaster.

Tactically we need to find a way to make our front players useful and we need to find ways to control the middle of the park better, especially defensively.

I thought Konsa was really sloppy, McGinn isn't a six, Watkins isn't threatening goal, Sanson was anonymous and we just look so ineffective.

Lage is beating Gerrard hands down here.

I'd genuinely think about Iroegbunam and Luiz on for McGinn and Sanson.

Pretty horrible watching. Bailey looks really good, Sanson has been decent, JJ a bit beige, McGinn mostly horrible. Would like to see Chambers on for Konsa & maybe Ireogbunam for McGinn letting Sanson play further forward.

Onw of the shittest cowardly 1st half defensive displays ive seen since lambert days.

Gerarrd needs to the rip the shit out of them.

Young, mcginn, jj, watkins coutinho all been **** dog shite

Disagree on Watkins, hes holding the ball up when he can and laying it off.

Others yes, absolutely dreadful.

Maybe.

But they haven't loaned a player to another PL club - brought in worse replacement for £10m more - who is always injured.

You reap what you sow

I really think that’s unfair. Give it a chance. Digne is better than Targett, totally different type of player. It’s just not quite working, but nothing is at the moment.

you've waited for this moment haven't you? ;)

Go to page 1 of his thread. Not much enthusiasm for him from the off.

It was doomed from the start. Only question is how much time and money we squander on this project.
