That’s very manageable considering the squad that we have and adding the kids that were involved yesterday. He hasn't been terrible and it's unfortunate that injuries have prevented him from showing his full ability. It was a gamble for sure, and it would be fair to say it hasn't paid off to the full extent possible. But if we move him on for 20m, get a + in our FFP, and saw moments of his ability when he was given time between injuries, then it's not a busted flush from day one. That’s a big IF. Theres a chance we can’t move him on, there is also a decent chance it will be on a free rather than a transfer fee, and even a small chance we have to pay some of his wages at his new club.
