We beat Everton and Leeds drew with at least 3 other teams without Grealish and finished about 20 points above relegation.

We lost vs 4 of the top 5 teams and Spurs and Sheffield United the last game which was bad

You post a lot of OTT posts that are mainly lies like this

Was going to add that we also beat Spurs and Chelsea in the last two games so were hardly heading towards 17th!

Looking at the fixtures for the weekend, if our game goes ahead, then us moving up to seventh with a win is not out of the question, Spurs play liverpool, Wolves play Chelsea, and Leicester's game has been called off.

Would be brilliant to win and get the game out of the way and see us 7th on xmas day. Imagine thinking that would've been possbile six weeks back.

And I don't think after Saturday we'll be seeing any football played for a fair few weeks so a few teams around us will have mass fixture congestion for rest of the season. We were in similar situation last season having a couple of games in hand and didn't do us much good in long run.

Spurs and Woves don't play until Sunday, so any kind of win even if only by one goal would guarantee us seventh place for at least 24 hours, then would need Spurs to get beat and Wolves to get no more than a draw to stay there.

Burnley won't be easy though, keep expecting them to improve and go on a run like they usually do, leaving it later than usual this season, but drawing against West Ham was a good result for them and could be what gets them going.

Still with a small outside chance of finishing 7th, currently occupied by Man Utd.

We are 9 points behind Man Utd and our next few games are:

Everton

Leeds

Newcastle

Watford

Brighton

Southampton.

Really would need 15/18 points to have a chance of catching 7th.

Can Coutinho, Digne and possibly a new DM provide us with the magic to get those points on the board?

We'll probably have Burnley in there too.

This is a real opportunity to go on a brilliant run.

If the stars align  we could win all seven of those.

Digne and Coutinho hit the ground running, Ramsey and Buendia on form, maybe another player of top quality coming in - we are moving quickly in the right direction - no reason we can't go and win these next games and start climbing

May have Leeds twice.

If the second half against Man Utd is anything to go by, we are going to cause serious problems for most of the teams in this league. We look exciting, dynamic and dangerous and that is without Bailey and Traore, who both can produce magic as well as a fully fit Coutinho.

Given the games in hand, I feel the top 6 will include West Ham, Spurs and Arsenal.  ManUtd, Wolves, Leicester and possibly Brighton and Villa will be fighting for 7th place.  Anything lower than 11th will be really disappointing.

Im wondering why we didnt arrange the leeds game this week? Surely would have been a good opportunity to play it tues of wed? There are various postponed games this week. We could have got the Leeds or Burnley game out the way

Not really arsed about playing in the Rumbelows Cup in Israel on a Thursday night then having another 30% of games moved to stupid o'clock on a Sunday dinner.

Champions League or nothing for me

We cant even beat Brentford or the worst Manchester United we've ever seen. Yet people expect us to get 15/18 pts 🤣🤣

Haven’t seen even 1 person who expects us to get 15/18 points.

Yet of course it’s possible for any team to get 18/18 points.
