I think he's been injured for chunks of the season, sadly he's too old for the Youth Cup, but it's a pity he hasn't been able to play more for the U23's. useless Posted May 20, 2021 Share Posted May 20, 2021 Every youngster that comes through doesn't have to immediately look like the next Phil Foden or Jude Bellingham. In fact most youngsters that come through don't look like world beaters to begin with, if they do that's a very rare exception to the rule. Every player that you see in the premier league and other top divisions came through an academy at one point and most of them, including the ones who have gone on to make big names for themselves wouldn't have looked like world beaters to begin with.
