Emery started an 18 year old in a major final at Villareal. He was also playing Saka when he was 17 so I get the feeling he's one Emery might want to take a look at in the January. Well they got used to doing that under Farke. That's now their standard, so any manager not doing that is seen as inferior. I get their point in some ways, as why would they sack Farke for being shit and then hire someone else who does worse. It's like us sacking Smith to hire Gerrard.
