After a heavy defeat away, fans on his case during and after the game, heat is on him going into the international break and he throws out an SOS for John Terry in a hope it will get fans off his back and bide him some more time. In the mean time I have other football pals asking me, why is Bruce trying to panic buy after the window is closed? Why did he let that guy go to Hull? John Terry again lol - he's desperate. He has known he would have a defensive problem the day John Terry left last season. Since then he has had 3 months to work on that area! - 3 months! and yet we find ourselves 6 games into the season, a promising CB being played out of position ahead of 3 natural right backs, and let's our "3rd choice" CB leave on loan... for him to play a CM there instead and issues a rallying call to get Terry in to basically save his arse! Its a quality in its self to keep looking after your body to the level that he does, and this combined with his general quality has given him a few more years. This was proved last year. Huth is a complete different case. He was good in his prime (although nowhere near Terry at his peak) but for all we know he could be in a right state now.
