These two aren't going to come to a club with no money to spend and a squad full of ageing players and a lack of any quality

We need to get a young, ambitious, patient manager in and hope he can turn us around over the next four years. We're going nowhere this season, or next season - we need to be thinking longer term - no more 32 year olds and risk it all on a single year of promotion - we need someone who can build a club.

This.

Nah, we need to make a one final mega push to get up this season at any cost.

Get in whichever manager can do that with it current squad of players.

I think Xia will leave it to Wyness and Roond to make the decision though.

Then we get ready for the arrival of David Moyes...

We ain't going nowhere under Xis and his merry band of bureaucratic gray man. I bet we're having to consult club advisory Brian Little before we sack him LOL.

I was joking fwiw. :D

But all jokes aside. He'd probably do a better job ffs.

I expect he thinks he would.

Best get his own role under control to begin with.  Like making some good decisions...pretty unimpressed with him so far.

Tony must know two things.

1. Not a single sane Villa fans wants him here past tomorrow morning.

2. Every game we dont sack this useless shite is a game less for the new manager to turn this mess around.

They need to go along with Bruce.

Sack everyone Xia! They have failed you.

And if you don't, you will have failed us.
