RDM CLEARLY had no idea what he was doing. I am all about patience and giving managers time.. but like Dr said.. if its not the right one we are just wasting time. In the summer the Dr needed an out of work manager to cone i and get started straight away. RDM on paper looked good I just hope we have been looking for possible replacements for a while and know who we want. Admittedly the defence is just about ok for this level and the midfield, with the exception of Tshibola, is truly horrendous, but having a system and the players knowing what they are supposed to be doing as part of that system would be a big positive. Villarocker Posted October 3, 2016 Share Posted October 3, 2016 For what it is worth, I think the new manager - whoever that may be - will also struggle because the midfield area is so weak. Only one central player appears to be any good in midfield and he is injured more than he is fit. I think that this season will be one of settling down and getting some more necessary players in January.
