Adama Traoré , who plays for Barcelona B, will play next season in the Premier League. Despite the interest from Liverpool and Stoke City , the squad has finally opted for Aston Villa.

Adama , 19 , signed for three seasons with another option .

The Spanish player of Malian descent is one of the pearls of the current blaugrana quarry. However , unlike Munir or Sandro , the end has not been called to make the preseason with the first team, why the player has decided to look for another club site in minutes you can enjoy the highest level.

Just read this. No real mention of where he is going but a thoughtful look at him as a player.

A bit more realistic than a youtube video, I would guess and could add a bit of realism to those on here who think he is already the greatest player ever!

Not saying I wouldnt sign him. He might be the best signing we could make at the moment but would need time.

signed for 3 seasons? Collymore tweeting it too...ITS HAPPENING

Adama to sign for 3 seasons with Aston Villa, option for 4th, Stoke beaten

The Adama Traore rumours could finally be at an end. On Monday morning we covered reports from Catalan newspaper Sport which said the young footballer could travel to England 'in the coming hours' and sign up for his new team. Sport said that Aston Villa were now the favourites and the interest from the Birmingham club was being pushed personally by Tim Sherwood.

It sounded promising for Aston Villa but Sport have been so unreliable on the Adama Traore situation that it all had to be taken with a pinch of salt. They've said he was off to Liverpool and Stoke City previously, even publishing claims of a medical - so judgement had to be reserved.

Now another Spanish newspaper are reporting Adama Traore has chosen Aston Villa over Stoke City. AS say that the football has agreed a three year deal which he's set to sign, there's also an option for a further season. AS given no indication who holds that option and also don't mention a transfer fee or have anything about a potential buyback option for Barcelona.

AS are treating it as a done deal, rather than speculation or rumour.

Birmingham Mail reporting it now, although they're only referencing Spanish reports too.

Didn't realise Sherwood actually commented on the player, but didn't say much:

“He’s a good player, but at the moment he’s Barcelona’s player”
