They’ve conceded 23 goals in eight games. Only conceded 33 last season.

Their Champions League form was built on their defence last season. What is the reason for the loss of form this season? Is it Pope being injured or the disruption to their midfield perhaps?

Botman I think was out for a bit. Trippier has gone off form and Burn has been found out as well

Is your sense that Newcastle fans are losing patience with Howe? What do the majority think?

Nope, the majority still behind Howe. Only a small percentage that wants him gone.

Just realised they've fallen to tenth place and Wolves are better...

Likely Chelsea will finish above them too, maybe if they hover around eleventh or twelfth then the knives will be out for Howe's head? Chop, Chop, Chop.

Not surprised Howe is average at best.

Their whole 50 games or so of decent form definitely had a crest of a wave/feel good (kids would call it 'vibes') aura around it that when worn off and have to deal with injuries and teams setting up to neutralise you etc wears off quickly

Looks like Steve Bruce’s lawyers have been in touch

Shes happy to clarify her comments,  but she hasn't clarified them. If that isn't what she meant,  what else did she mean? Hmm...

Next step would be him suing her for loss of earnings due to her damaging his reputation. Settle out of court, easy couple of million for kebabs.

This is a lazy caricature based on one lunchtime sighting many years ago. He's more of a gyro man.

After spending all season moaning about fixture congestion and injuries, Newcastlle have arranged a series of post-season friendlies, a few days after the PL season ends, in Australia.

Not pre season friendlies. Post season friendlies. In the same summer as the euros

Bunch of clearings in the woods.

Bet the players can't wait!

Can almost guarantee the promotor is somehow Saudi backed. They will receive 10's millions for the friendly, just before the FFP cut off 😉
