The only narrower pitches belong to Chelsea and Fulham. Everton has a shorter pitch. So do Chelsea, Palace, Fulham, Liverpool and Forest. All other PL pitches meet the PL requirements. Thanks for that it just looks visually small compared to VP

Only VT, endless demands for us to finish top half....and yet we want a relegation threatened team who are no threat to us to lose to two teams who can still finish above us. Why on earth would you want a team who''ve lost one game since we beat them at VP in late October to get a crucial away win there? I hope Wolves beat Brentford 6-0. The less points Brentford get the simpler task it is for us to get above them quickly.

The VP pitch is indeed impressive, but the amount of grass outside the touchlines and goallines doesn't count Edited April 3, 2023 by TB
VillaChris
Some clashes on the final day for relegated teams: Leicester-West Ham Palace-Forest Everton-Bournemouth Leeds got Spurs at home and Southampton got Liverpool at home. Will be one of those final day afternoons where one goal moves 3-4 teams up and down the table at same time. PaulC
You can see the improvement in everton under Dyche. Organised, great at winning the ball back and much fitter but I thought they would win tonight and but for the cheating Kane think they would. Still they have a tough run in and the lack of a central striker is really costing them so need DCM back as soon as possible if they are to survive

The "problem" is that a lot of teams down there have also picked up (often unlikely) points. Edit: They've also had a pretty tough set of fixtures - Arsenal twice, Liverpool, Chelsea away, Spurs, even form teams like Villa and Brentford. The only "easier" games they've had have been Leeds and Forest, and they've taken 4 points from those. Dyche is doing a good job. SecretVillaScout
Bournemouth's home form is probably enough to keep them up
Jono62
It would be a miracle if Bournemouth stay up and Gary O'Neil deserves manager of the year if he can do it.

They play a LOT of the sides down there too - after Brighton (today), they have: Leicester (H) Spurs (A) West Ham (H) Southampton (A) Leeds (H) So all 3 teams currently below them, plus West Ham who they're level on points with. useless
Not looking good for Forest sliding down the table fast and next three are us, Liverpool, and Man Utd, on paper today was probably one of their easier fixtures left this season, going to have to start picking up a few surprise results, hopefully not starting this Saturday. Unless they get a result at the weekend then they're going to drop into the bottom three whatever happens, as the two teams below them Leiceser and Bournemouth play each other. Paper talk that Cooper might be sacked, that would be harsh to me and not sure who they could bring in to do a better job of trying to keep them up. Mark Albrighton Posted April 4, 2023 VT Supporter Share Posted April 4, 2023 Think Forest may be ****ed. Don’t see many points for them on the horizon. Only one point from Wolves and Leeds, not great. Hopefully they do themselves and us a favour by picking up points from Liverpool, Brighton and Brentford this month. Can’t see it though. I think they’d most likely have to hope for a win v Southampton and Palace (who quite possibly will be on the beach) and maybe a point against an out of sorts Chelsea.
