Mings, McGinn, Bertie, and Bailey all out. Sanson still MIA. Ollie only on the bench.

WTF at they getting up to at Bodymoor???

Oof. Going off that it looks like it'll be AEG on the right and Young on the left. I understand that the circumstances here are far from ideal but I just don't think there's any scenario where it makes sense to have El Ghazi on the right considering just how demonstrably it doesn't work. Would be more encouraged by him on the left and JPB the other side.

Buzzing for Carney though, would love to see him really take his chance here. Will be happy if we can get anything from this given the absentees.

Just now, jacketspuds said:

Ashley Young on the wing? We are either really unlucky with injuries or we are doing something wrong in training.

This highlights the need for us to sign a player or two before the window shuts.

Agree, we could do with a few more quality additions. Especially if we’re going to keep picking up injuries etc.

When our better players are injured or missing, we look like a weak team…

It's a bit messy the team.

No Mings, McGinn.

Targett LB. Axel CB ahead of Hause which is surprising.

Maybe Carney and Doug in front of back 4.

Ghazi, Young and Buendia in front of them.

Then Ings.

Watkins bench.

Yup, the rumours/info were true.

Was going to post about Mings being out as well yesterday, but there was already enough negativity lol

Going to need big performances from these players. Need to step up.

Who knows, we could be in for a surprisingly good performance. Relieved we’re at home and backed by a packed VP… that should help.
