Thanks for this, I’ll enjoy going back and seeing how they’re doing when he signs.

There’s plenty more where that came from 🤣

They are shitting themselves and losing their heads, it’s really quite amusing.

Mainly because they look down on us in general and are shocked at our audacity 🤣

What is happening at arsenal? Losing out on transfers and possibility losing some of their best youth players.

Also, the deluded minds of Arsenal fans thinking they are still a big club😂 - Just not way it is anymore.

All the latest stories are basically just a rehash of the Birmingham Mail article which stated he was 'blown away' by our advances and the Mirror article stating we'd submit a third bid.
Not sure there is anything new on this unfortunately. Ornstein will be the first to report something if it does happen.

The thing is, our fans are really not all that fussed about whether we sign him or not. We simply move on if we don’t manage to sign him.

But for Gunners fans…. Oh boy oh boy oh boy oh boy!

This is probably the most level headed arsenal fan I’ve ever come across on Twitter.

not lying is he

youngest team in the league, saw 3 players break in to the england set up in the last 2 years, plus konsa should have done, won the youth cup, put all that infrastructure in place, training ground extension, promoted ramsey, gave chuk some minutes, had several youngsters on the bench at various times during the season

we have the luxury of playing these youngsters, he'd have a bigger role at villa than he would at arsenal

He is right. Not only do we have the youngest first 11 in the league so if he joined he would know we wouldn't spiral downwards. But we have an unbelievable crop of players coming through the academy in Barry, Chuk, Raikhy, Philogene-Bidace, Ramsey, Kessler, Chrisene, Bogarde, then talents below that like Bridge, that Dutch CB (forget his name atm - swinkels maybe?) , Onodi, Sinasilo, Young, Wright, Sturridge, Lindley etc.

Hopefully Pep feels the same way about Brummie accents.

As someone who hails from Croydon, Smith-Rowe doesn't have a Croydon accent in the traditional sense. Most of us sound vaguely cockneyish to people outside of London!
