Both don't have long left in their careers to play some football, and they seem good professionals so maybe some agreement can be made.. Jedinak seems like the kind of guy to me who would want to be playing whilst the clock is ticking on his career, having said that he's not going to get a salary near anything what he is getting here anywhere else. Junxs
I see Jedinak as the Fellaini of the championship, puts himself about and very effective in both boxes.. but more suited to a defensive set up than an offensive one, so no longer required Maybe we can offer him 40% of his remaining contract up front so he can go and sign for another club rather than sitting around wasting the final part of his career. He is 34 after all, will be 35 start of next season - I know what I'd rather do at that age. Offer the same package to Richards, McCormack and Whelan and ask FFP not to include it in our figures as we are doing this to save money; getting rid of players that were signed by the previous regime that are not required. Popular Post sne
I know it's controversial but I'd be willing to cancel Moreira's loan and even El Ghazi's if it meant we could get this guy in on loan Quote Chelsea to let Gary Cahill leave on loan in January as a reward for his service •Defender has hardly featured this season under Maurizio Sarri •Cahill helped Chelsea to Champions League glory in 2012 Chelsea are to reward their captain, Gary Cahill, for six years of fine service with a loan in January to secure more regular first-team football in a move which will effectively bring the curtain down on his career at Stamford Bridge. The former England centre-half is out of contract next summer and will depart on a free, with Chelsea, who normally insist their players sign new deals before sanctioning a loan in order to protect their value, making an exception for the 32-year-old. That is a reflection of his achievements since joining from Bolton for £7m in January 2012. Cahill, capped 61 times, has won two Premier League titles, an FA Cup, a League Cup, a Champions League and a Europa League over a glittering career at the club. However, he has found himself out of favour under Maurizio Sarri and, having played only 21 minutes in the Premier League this term, was not included among the substitutes for Sunday’s draw against Everton. He had made clear his frustration in September when asked if he could leave mid-season. “I don’t want to jump the gun but, as things stand, probably yes,” he said at the time. “Sometimes you have to make tough decisions. As it is, I’m not enjoying things.” Sarri has praised Cahill’s influence in the dressing room, and retained him as first-team captain for all that César Azpilicueta has effectively become the on-field captain. Yet Chelsea are increasingly conscious that Andreas Christensen and Ethan Ampadu, young players who have also found themselves on the fringes, are growing frustrated at a lack of game time. By permitting Cahill his mid-season move, that pair may be appeased as they shift slightly up the pecking order. Southampton, West Ham and Fulham, now under the stewardship of Claudio Ranieri, may seek to keep Cahill in the Premier League, while his first club, Aston Villa, where John Terry, a former central defensive partner, is assistant manager, could offer an opportunity to excel in the Championship. It remains to be seen whether there will be interest from abroad https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/nov/14/chelsea-gary-cahill-loan-move-january C'mon Terry, pull some strings!

Would be incredible. However another story I read said we would be competing with Man U for his signature. Easy decision then. Bring him home!

The Cardiff winger started his first game of the season in the 2-1 win over Brighton and has scored one goal in the Premier League this term. With his Cardiff contract due to expire next summer, The Sun report that Championship clubs are keeping tabs on Harris. Bolton Wanderers have also been linked with a move for the winger. rodders0223
Watched that game and he did have an absolute stormer tbf. I presumed he was some kid so looked him and surprised he is 25 and hadn't really played much or done much. Probably just had the game of his life and his agent is trying to keep his name in the papers and get some mug to give him a deal.
