If he's the number 1 then he needs an excellent number 2 etc. If he has a few quid to spend then he may be able to attract a better class of player. Actually Bruce has been on 4 bad spells during his (almost) 2 seasons but never got close to getting sacked. I know I've mentioned this so many times on here, but Bruce backers always ignore this but if the same patience was shown to RDM whos to say what could have been. In 5 years of management he has 1 promotion and 1 playoff loss. As others have said the team he brings with him will be very interesting and I'd expect a DOF appointment along with CEO very soon too if they are making funds available for players....
